American Wrought Iron Steamer c. 1800
A scarce American, probably New England, wrought iron steamer with maple handle.
Nicely riveted with hooks and handle support. Measuring about 21" in total length and 10-1/2" in diameter, the
steamer would be placed over the kettle or pot.
In excellent overall condition, the handle has cracks but is firmly attached
