Decorated 1740-1770 Brass English or Dutch Tyg
A wonderful and scarce decorated brass tyg, c. 1740-1770. Either English or Dutch, this tyg has beautifully
engraved and shaped decorative handles.
At 6-1/4" tall (excluding the handles), the base diameter is 4-1/4" while the rolled top diameter is 6". The three
handles are copper riveted at both ends. Nicely hammered, there are only a few minor dings.
A very impressive piece indeed.
